What Carfast Express Advertises
Search for Poctra or AutoHelperBot and Carfast Express appears with pages offering to remove a car from each: to delete its VIN history, hide its photos from Google and, in its own words, protect confidential data from public access on the web. HideAutoVin offers the same kind of service for Poctra.
Its site refused requests from our network, so we describe only what it says in its own search listings. We have not checked whether removal requests succeed, how long they take or what they cost.
What it does not say
- State title records are not among the sites it lists.
- Insurance total-loss records are not web archive pages.
- Whether removal is permanent on every copy of the listing is not something we could verify.
Why Auction Photos Disappear, and What Stays
Archive sites copy auction listings: photos, damage notes and prices. Because they are ordinary websites, a removal request can take a listing down, and a service can ask search engines to stop showing it.
Title records are different. The National Motor Vehicle Title Information System exists to protect buyers from fraud by keeping title and brand history attached to a VIN across states. That is the part of a car's past a cleaning service does not advertise touching.
